I’m Brian James, a yoga teacher and musician based in Montréal, Canada.

I help people develop a personal yoga practice and strive to make yoga accessible, relevant and enjoyable to everyday people like you!

I teach a breath-focused, therapeutically-oriented approach to hatha vinyasa yoga inspired by the teachings of T Krishnamacharya and TKV Desikachar, and informed by my study of music, shamanism and western psychotherapy.
