Brian James is a yoga therapist, teacher and musician based in Montréal, Canada.
Brian teaches a breath-focused, therapeutically-oriented approach to hatha vinyasa yoga inspired by the teachings of T Krishnamacharya and TKV Desikachar, and informed by his study of shamanism and western psychotherapy.
He offers one-to-one yoga therapy sessions, group classes, workshops and shamanic sound meditations with his wife Debbie.
